I designed and launched an outreach program, from concept, developing a learning community of 15 residents, engaging 150+ community members in the coalition's work, supporting residents into stable housing, and clearing the path of one participant who grew into a paid community engagement role.
Strategic alignment and organizational design: I help you coalesce your structure, mission, and daily operations, and get them telling the same, accurate story.

A coalition growing out of need suddenly realized that board members held divergent understandings of the mission, the organization's programs, and how they all connected. Through stakeholder interviews and a board retreat, we rebuilt consensus from the ground up: mission affirmed, programs defined from what had been ad-hoc activity, external messaging unified.
Separately, five volunteer community leaders with a shared goal but no structure became an organized coalition with mission, governance, and a government-relations strategy that secured meetings up to the governor's office and documented support from two state representatives — the groundwork for a proposed state commission.

A youth arts nonprofit facing an existential funding gap had no development structure.
